Nub Studio established in 2025 is the creative vision of Steve Bristow, an award-winning animation director and producer with over 30 years of experience bringing stories to life.

From global Netflix TV series to niche social media campaigns, Steve’s always worked with one mindset: do it properly, or not at all.

Nub Studio brings that same focus to animation for brands and agencies. We specialise in scroll-stopping FOOH ads, eye-popping 3D anamorphic billboards, and 3D product stories for screens of all shapes and sizes.

Steve leads the creative and assembles a handpicked crew of top-tier animators and artists from his vast network of collaborators.

Nub Studio is proud to collaborate with award-winning Belgian animation studio VAZE.TV to bring their world-class animation to Australian brands.

For select projects, Nub Studio acts as Vaze’s local production partner - handling creative development, client liaison, and production management here in Australia.

This partnership allows us to scale up quickly, bring international talent to the table, and deliver stunning 3D animation with the agility of a local team.
